في SiiPing، نحن نلتزم بحماية بياناتك وخصوصيتك. توضح هذه السياسة المعلومات التي نجمعها وكيفية معالجتها بما يتوافق مع معايير متجري App Store و Google Play.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع البيانات التالية لضمان عمل التطبيق بكفاءة:

المعلومات الشخصية: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، وصورة الملف الشخصي.
الوسائط والميكروفون: الوصول للكاميرا والاستوديو لرفع القصص والصور، والميكروفون للرسائل الصوتية.
بيانات الجهاز: معلومات نظام التشغيل والمعرفات الفريدة للجهاز لتحسين الأداء والأمان.

3. حذف الحساب والبيانات (هام للمتاجر)

حق حذف البيانات: يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت مباشرة من خلال التطبيق (الإعدادات > حذف الحساب). بمجرد الحذف، سيتم مسح كافة بياناتك الشخصية، رسائلك، ووسائطك بشكل نهائي من خوادمنا ولن يمكن استعادتها.

4. خدمات الطرف الثالث

نستخدم بعض الخدمات السحابية الموثوقة لتشغيل التطبيق:

Supabase: لاستضافة قواعد البيانات والمصادقة وتخزين الصور.
RevenueCat: لإدارة عضويات البريميوم وعمليات الشراء (لا نطلع على بيانات بطاقتك البنكية، حيث تتم المعالجة بواسطة Apple/Google).
Google AdMob: لعرض الإعلانات المناسبة (قد يتم جمع بيانات لتقديم إعلانات مخصصة).
Firebase Cloud Messaging: لإرسال التنبيهات والإشعارات الفورية.

5. حماية الأطفال ومكافحة الاستغلال (CSAE)

نحن في SiiPing نطبق سياسة "التسامح الصفر" تجاه أي محتوى يتضمن اعتداءً جنسياً على الأطفال أو استغلالهم (CSAE). نحن ملتزمون بـ:

الإزالة الفورية لأي محتوى ينتهك هذه المعايير.
حظر الحسابات المتورطة بشكل نهائي وبدون سابق إنذار.
التعاون مع الجهات الأمنية والمنظمات الدولية المعنية بحماية الأطفال للإبلاغ عن أي نشاط غير قانوني.
توفير أدوات إبلاغ واضحة للمستخدمين داخل التطبيق للإبلاغ عن أي محتوى مشبوه.

At SiiPing, we are committed to protecting your data and privacy. This policy explains the information we collect and how it is processed in compliance with App Store and Google Play standards.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following data to ensure the app functions efficiently:

Personal Information: Name, email, and profile picture.
Media and Microphone: Access to Camera and Gallery for stories and photos, and Microphone for voice messages.
Device Data: Operating system information and unique device identifiers to improve performance and security.

3. Account and Data Deletion (Store Requirement)

Data Deletion Right: You can delete your account at any time directly through the app (Settings > Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your personal data, messages, and media will be permanently erased from our servers and cannot be recovered.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted cloud services to operate the app:

Supabase: For database hosting, authentication, and media storage.
RevenueCat: For managing premium memberships and purchases (we do not see your credit card details, as they are handled by Apple/Google).
Google AdMob: To display relevant ads (data may be collected to provide personalized ads).
Firebase Cloud Messaging: To send push notifications and alerts.

5. Child Safety and Combating Exploitation (CSAE)

At SiiPing, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to:

Immediate removal of any content that violates these standards.
Permanent banning of involved accounts without prior notice.
Cooperation with law enforcement and international child protection organizations to report illegal activities.
Providing clear reporting tools within the app for users to report any suspicious content.
